Executive Search – experience has taught us that conducting executive searches on a contingency-basis with exclusivity is our best formula for success.  "Contingency" means that the client only pays when the role is successfully filled. “Exclusivity” means that we are the only agency to work on a given search, for an agreed period of time (typically 5-6 weeks). This model greatly minimizes the risk for the client, while affording us the time and commitment to do it right. We can apply this process to all levels of hires – from individual contributors to senior executives.

Our executive search fees are structured as a percentage of the new hire’s salary, and backed with a 90-day replacement guarantee.

Contract Recruiting – often our clients need to rapidly scale their team, but are not in a position to hire a full-time recruiter. They need an experienced individual, or team of recruiters, who can quickly plug into their process, manage expectations and make the hires. We have decades of contract recruiting experience, working with companies such as Microsoft, McKesson, Caesars Entertainment, Xero and many startups.   

Our Contract Recruiting fees consist of a competitive hourly rate with an agreed cap on weekly/monthly hours.

Case Study: Caesars Entertainment – Las Vegas, NV (one of the world’s largest Casino Gaming & Hospitality companies), had an established, internal talent acquisition team and process. However, they lacked the ability to attract and hire coveted IT talent, so they came to us for help. Adopting Caesars’ processes and systems, we took over talent acquisition for the entire IT organization on an hourly, contract basis from 2010 to 2017. This included identifying, screening and managing all candidates through the hiring process; leading weekly status-meetings with Hiring Directors & VP’s; managing all job postings; and ensuring an excellent hiring-experience for all. We directly managed 20+ Hiring Managers (VP’s, Directors, Managers, Leads) for all open IT requisitions including, but not limited to: Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehousing, Security, Program and Project Management, Systems Analysts, Networking, Storage, Unified Communications, Software Development. Initially targeted as a 6-month contact, we were extended to more than 6 years.
